I'm a third year environmental science sudent at Lancaster University and will start a Ph.D. next autumn.

I've dabbled in writing ever since I knew how to hold a pen, but in the end I don't seem to have as many finished stories as you would expect. haven't yet thought about publishing and I think this is a good place to put up some of my scribblings.

I don't write fantasy as such, but while my stories are about people's lives they always have a fantastical element to them.
